When Colt McCoy started his first game at Texas in 2006, the second pass of his career was a sign of things to come: a 60-yard touchdown in a rout of North Texas. He still calls it one of his fondest memories at Royal-Memorial Stadium. On Saturday night, McCoy will trot onto the home-field turf for the last time with a chance to grab a record of a lifetime.

"Graham and Chase graduated and Sam got hurt," McCoy said, outlining the star quarterbacks lost from last season's record run of scoring.

The Jayhawks turned in their best rushing performance in five weeks against the Huskers last weekend, rushing for 99 yards against a respectable Nebraska run defense. Still, the ground game has been plagued by inconsistency this season, and today's game doesn't appear to be a good day to snap out of its recent funk. The Longhorns feature the nation's top-ranked rush defense, which is allowing just 50.4 yards per game this season.

1. The Ducks, however, have only two hurdles to clear to win the league , one less than the Wildcats, who are seeking their first trip to Pasadena. The last time Oregon visited Arizona Stadium in 2007, the Ducks were the No. 2 team in the country, but got toppled by the Wildcats, 34-24, in one of that season's biggest upsets (pictured) .

And then Keith Toston took over.
